The large custom granite island will seat up to four people very comfortably. Full size appliances include refrigerator, electric stove/oven with convection, microwave, and wine cooler. The Penthouse spa tub is regenerative therapy tub built for two with romantic fireplace setting the mood. Surrounding wall murals will transport you to pristine Havasupai Falls located eight miles below the rim of the Grand Canyon. This is truly a one-of-a-kind spa experience with three different spa treatment options. Built in heating blankets allows each bather to customize their heat preference ensuring a perfect bath. After each bath automatically all the internal tub plumbing is sanitized with UV light.

Guests have their own free large 70'x15' private driveway parking. Guests also have a private gate access to the Penthouse. Guests will have complete privacy in the Sedona Penthouse dwelling.
There is approximately a 60-foot walk with a slight grade to the front door from where you park. The property is a one level home and is handicap friendly. The Penthouse is not ADI compliant. There is a guest bellman cart available to use during your stay to assist in move and move out for ease of your personal belongings.
Walls and gates separate another home on the property, please respect the privacy of the tenants. There are several other buildings that are posted private, and we request guests respect the posted signs and utilize the designated guest space only. The garden is a common area for all parties that are staying on property.
